The Park at Live Oak

Entitled the 78.3 acre site for 1.55 million SF of industrial and commercial space. Entitlements included an environmental impact report, tentative parcel map, specific plan, development agreement, zone change and general plan amendment. Site development is underway with several miles of water main extension, a new water well, a 310,000 gallon water reservoir and pump station, and utilities, Private Drives, street signals, meandering sidewalk and landscaping, and common area retention basins with dry wells for infiltration scheduled for completion by summer of 2022. Vertical development is scheduled to commence upon completion of
infrastructure, and construction financing is in place. Phase 1 is scheduled to include over 800,000 SF across three buildings, and will be LEED Silver certified.
