ABOUT YELLOW IRON

John has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. He has entitled over 3 million square feet and developed several million square feet of industrial real estate in Southern California. His experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential and complex general engineering projects. John holds an undergraduate degree from Boise State University and a real estate certificate from the University of Washington. He has been involved with numerous charitable and professional organizations over the years and is currently on the Board of Directors for La Esperanza de Nuestra Comunidad.

Tony has been in the construction and development industry for eighteen years. He has entitled over 3 million square feet and developed 1 million square feet of industrial real estate in Southern California. His experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential and tenant improvements. Tony holds an undergraduate degree, MBA, and Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington. He is LEED AP Building Design & Construction-certified through the U.S. Green Building Council and serves on the Board of Directors for La Esperanza de Nuestra Comunidad, Claremont Little League and Claremont Fast Pitch Softball.

Nick focuses on sourcing new opportunities and managing existing projects at Yellow Iron. Nick is currently managing the permitting and ultimate construction of 1 million square feet of Industrial product in Southern California across several buildings. Prior to joining the team, Nick was a Relationship Manager for Sunwest Bank where he was responsible for originating construction, bridge and permanent loans and was involved in over $100 million of loan originations. Nick holds an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the NAIOP Southern California Chapter.

Sam has over 14 years of experience in construction and real estate development. He has managed the delivery of more than 2.5 million square feet in the Pacific Northwest, including 2,000+ apartment units. His experience includes industrial, office, multi-family, and healthcare/life sciences. Sam holds an undergraduate degree from Whitman College along with a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington. Sam is an active member of the Washington chapters of NAIOP, ULI, and HDC.

Amber has been in the construction and development industry for twelve years. Her experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential, and public projects with over $750 million of revenue. She currently oversees the financial operations for twenty-two companies. Amber holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from the University of Washington. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014. Amber donates her time to La Esperanza de Nuestra Comunidad and Puyallup Valley Quilters Guild and is a member of the AICPA.

Christina oversees branding and marketing for the organization and individual projects. Her background includes 20 years of brand strategy and marketing experience across consumer and healthcare industries. Christina holds a bachelors in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Philip oversees execution of real estate development and property repositioning projects. His diligent planning process, analytical problem-solving skills and honest communication make him an important member of the team. Prior to joining Yellow Iron, Philip secured his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and spent thirteen years working for General Atomics in the aerospace industry. He has deep experience balancing technical constraints, managing schedule changes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. His hands-on approach with Yellow Iron projects and prospects is an asset to the organization.
