Dootson Clark

The Dootson Clark Business Park was a unique site that transformed a garbage dump into a Class A light industrial business park. After all garbage and debris was removed from the site, fill was imported and JD Property Development subdivided the project into 3 separate parcels and constructed 3 24’ clear concrete buildings. This was one of the first reclamation projects in the Los Angeles County and led the way for future, more complicated projects.
