ALC Building 2

Entitled and developed a 330,000 SF industrial concrete tilt-up building within the Arcadia Logistics Center for warehousing, manufacturing and assembly uses. The Center was LEED Silver certified, and the building was 32’ clear with a 185’ concrete truck court, 3% skylights, ESFR fire sprinklers, scrim foil insulation, 2,000-amp electrical service (upgradeable to 4,000), water efficient landscaping, and retention of 100% of onsite stormwater through infiltration basins.
